Shipping Partners

To ensure secure delivery, all domestic orders are shipped exclusively through reputed, registered domestic courier companies (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, etc.) and/or speed post services.

Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 business days from the date of placing the order and successful payment confirmation, or as per the delivery timeline agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. You will receive an SMS or email notification containing your tracking details once the order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery timeline is between 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to courier company norms and location accessibility. Please note that deliveries to remote areas or during peak seasons/holidays may take slightly longer.

Delivery Address & Instructions

Delivery of all orders will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the delivery address, PIN code, and contact phone number are correct and complete. MetaLife will not be held responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

Delays and Liability

MetaLife is committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible. However, the Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any unexpected delays in delivery caused by the courier company, postal authorities, weather conditions, public holidays, or other force majeure events. We will, however, do our best to help trace your parcel and resolve any delivery issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before payment is completed. Any shipping costs levied by MetaLife are non-refundable under any circumstances.
